can be used as a means for awakening.
This moment offers you all you need
to take a step forward toward
the clarity you seek.
So, you are depressed?
You are angry?
You feel defeated?
You want to give up?
Breathe it in.
Whatever you are feeling,
make space for it,
breathe it in.
No need to place blame,
to point fingers,
to let someone else be responsible
for your present experience.
Own it.
Breathe it in.
Feel it.
And then…
Breathe out…
peace, relaxation, softening, space.
This one breath you are breathing
is the portal to your true self.
